අදහස් දැක්වීම් (Comments)
අමුත්තන් වෙබ් අඩවියේ අදහස් (comments) දක්වන විට, අදහස් පෝරමයේ (comments form) පෙන්වන දත්ත මෙන්ම, ස්පෑම් (spam) හඳුනාගැනීමට සහාය වීම සඳහා අමුත්තාගේ IP ලිපිනය සහ බ්රවුසරයේ “user agent string” දත්ත අප විසින් රැස් කරනු ලැබේ. ඔබේ අදහස අනුමත වූ පසු, ඔබේ අදහස සමඟ ඔබේ පරිශීලක නාමය (username) ප්රසිද්ධියේ දැකගත හැකිය. මීට අමතරව අපගේ පුවත් පත්රිකා (newsletters) සඳහා ලියාපදිංචි වීමේදී හෝ අප හා සම්බන්ධ වීමේදී ඔබ ලබාදෙන තොරතුරු (නම, ඊමේල් ලිපිනය) අප සතු වේ.

Google AdSense සහ තෙවන පාර්ශවීය ප්රචාරණය
අපි වෙළඳ දැන්වීම් පෙන්වීම සඳහා Google AdSense භාවිතා කරමු. ඔබ මෙම වෙබ් අඩවියට සහ වෙනත් වෙබ් අඩවිවලට යන විට එම දත්ත මත පදනම්ව දැන්වීම් පෙන්වීමට Google විසින් කුකීස් (Cookies – උදාහරණයක් ලෙස DART cookie) භාවිතා කරයි. පුද්ගලීකරණය කළ දැන්වීම්: අප විදේශගත ශ්රී ලාංකිකයන් (එක්සත් රාජධානිය, ඇමරිකාව, යුරෝපා සංගමය) සඳහා සේවය සපයන බැවින්, අපි GDPR සහ IAB TCF v2.3 අවශ්යතාවලට අනුකූල වෙමු. ඔබේ බ්රවුසර සැකසුම් (settings) හෝ Google හි Ad Settings හරහා ඔබේ දැන්වීම් මනාපයන් පාලනය කළ හැකිය.
කුකීස් (Cookies)
ඔබ අපගේ වෙබ් අඩවියේ අදහසක් දක්වන්නේ නම්, ඔබේ නම, ඊමේල් ලිපිනය සහ වෙබ් අඩවිය කුකීස් හි සුරැකීමට ඔබට තෝරා ගත හැකිය. මෙය ඔබගේ පහසුව සඳහා වන අතර එමඟින් ඔබ නැවත අදහසක් දක්වන විට ඔබේ තොරතුරු නැවත පිරවීමට අවශ්ය නොවේ. මෙම කුකීස් වසරක් පවතිනු ඇත.
ඔබ අපගේ ලොගින් (login) පිටුවට පිවිසෙන්නේ නම්, ඔබේ බ්රවුසරය කුකීස් පිළිගන්නේ දැයි පරීක්ෂා කිරීමට අපි තාවකාලික කුකී එකක් සකසන්නෙමු. මෙම කුකී එකෙහි පුද්ගලික දත්ත අඩංගු නොවන අතර ඔබ බ්රවුසරය වසා දැමූ විට එය ඉවත් වේ.
ඔබ ලොග් වූ විට, ඔබේ පිවිසුම් තොරතුරු සහ තිර දර්ශන තේරීම් සුරැකීමට අපි කුකීස් කිහිපයක් සකසන්නෙමු. ලොගින් කුකීස් දින දෙකක් පවතින අතර තිර විකල්ප (screen options) කුකීස් වසරක් පවතී. ඔබ “Remember Me” තෝරාගතහොත්, ඔබේ ලොගින් වීම සති දෙකක් පවතිනු ඇත. ඔබ ගිණුමෙන් ලොග් අවුට් (logout) වුවහොත්, ලොගින් කුකීස් ඉවත් කරනු ලැබේ.
ඔබ ලිපියක් සංස්කරණය කරන්නේ නම් හෝ පළ කරන්නේ නම්, අමතර කුකී එකක් ඔබේ බ්රවුසරයේ සුරැකේ. මෙහි පුද්ගලික දත්ත අඩංගු නොවන අතර එයින් දැක්වෙන්නේ ඔබ සංස්කරණය කළ ලිපියේ ID අංකය පමණි. එය දින 1කට පසු කල් ඉකුත් වේ.
වෙනත් වෙබ් අඩවි වලින් ඇතුළත් කළ අන්තර්ගතය
මෙම වෙබ් අඩවියේ ඇති ලිපිවල වෙනත් වෙබ් අඩවි වලින් ඇතුළත් කළ අන්තර්ගතයන් (උදා: වීඩියෝ, පින්තූර, ලිපි ආදිය) තිබිය හැකිය. වෙනත් වෙබ් අඩවියකින් ඇතුළත් කළ අන්තර්ගතයන් ක්රියා කරන්නේ ඔබ එම අදාළ වෙබ් අඩවියට සෘජුවම පිවිසියාක් මෙනි.
මෙම වෙබ් අඩවි ඔබ ගැන දත්ත රැස් කිරීම, කුකීස් භාවිතා කිරීම, අමතර තෙවන පාර්ශවීය ලුහුබැඳීම් (tracking) ඇතුළත් කිරීම සහ ඔබ එම වෙබ් අඩවියේ ගිණුමක් තිබී ලොග් වී සිටින්නේ නම් එම අන්තර්ගතය සමඟ ඔබ දක්වන අන්තර්ක්රියා නිරීක්ෂණය කිරීම සිදු කළ හැකිය.
අපි ඔබේ දත්ත බෙදා ගන්නේ කා සමඟද?
ඔබ මුරපදය (password) යළි සැකසීමට (reset) ඉල්ලා සිටින්නේ නම්, ඔබේ IP ලිපිනය එම ඊමේල් පණිවිඩයට ඇතුළත් කරනු ලැබේ.
ඔබේ දත්ත අප කොපමණ කාලයක් රඳවා තබා ගන්නවාද?
ඔබ අදහසක් දක්වන්නේ නම්, එම අදහස සහ එහි දත්ත සදාකාලිකව රඳවා ගනු ලැබේ. මෙයට හේතුව ඕනෑම පසු විපරම් අදහස් (follow-up comments) ස්වයංක්රීයව හඳුනාගෙන අනුමත කිරීමට හැකි වීමයි.
අපගේ වෙබ් අඩවියේ ලියාපදිංචි වන පරිශීලකයින් සඳහා (ඇත්නම්), ඔවුන් ලබා දෙන පුද්ගලික තොරතුරු ඔවුන්ගේ පරිශීලක පැතිකඩෙහි (user profile) ගබඩා කරනු ලැබේ. සියලුම පරිශීලකයින්ට ඕනෑම වේලාවක ඔවුන්ගේ පුද්ගලික තොරතුරු බැලීමට, සංස්කරණය කිරීමට හෝ මැකීමට හැකිය (පරිශීලක නාමය වෙනස් කළ නොහැක). වෙබ් අඩවි පරිපාලකයින්ට (administrators) ද එම තොරතුරු බැලීමට සහ සංස්කරණය කිරීමට හැකිය.
ඔබේ දත්ත සම්බන්ධයෙන් ඔබට ඇති අයිතිවාසිකම් මොනවාද?

- අප සතු ඔබේ පුද්ගලික දත්ත ලබා ගැනීමට (Access) ඇති අයිතිය.
- ඔබේ දත්ත නිවැරදි කිරීමට හෝ මකා දැමීමට ඉල්ලා සිටීමේ අයිතිය.
- දත්ත සැකසීම සඳහා ඔබ ලබා දී ඇති එකඟතාව ඕනෑම වේලාවක ඉල්ලා අස්කර ගැනීමේ අයිතිය.

අමුත්තන්ගේ අදහස් (comments) ස්වයංක්රීය ස්පෑම් හඳුනාගැනීමේ සේවාවක් (automated spam detection service) හරහා පරීක්ෂා කළ හැකිය.
